Dream Capital Holdings is an operator-led investment firm. We acquire, operate and scale small and lower-middle-market businesses, with a primary emphasis on healthcare and healthcare-adjacent services.

Unlike firms that manage from a distance, we step directly into leadership after an acquisition, typically as chief executive. Value in healthcare services is created through operations rather than financial engineering.

Who runs it

Roberto Martinez, Founder and Chief Executive.

He co-founded Reliance Medical Centers, a value-based primary care platform serving Medicare Advantage seniors across Central Florida, grew it from roughly $5M to $60M in revenue over six years, and sold it to Humana in 2023.

Before Reliance he was chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer of Jackson Health Plan, the managed care division of Jackson Health System in Miami, and led finance and operations at MediClassic, the health plan division of MCCI Group.
